About Us
More than 30 Years of years of experience and passion in the title industry
Clarita Rosa was born in New York to Cuban parents that migrated in the 60s to the United States. Clarita’s family relocated to Florida in 1974 and she has been a long-time resident of Miami-Dade County since then.
She began her career in the real estate “Title/Escrow & Closing” arena in the 80s working as a real estate paralegal and became Licensed as a title agent in 1997. Clarita developed a passion for the industry through her years of diligently closing and serving several customers in Florida.
She served on the local Board of the Mortgage Bankers Association from 2002 – 2017; And also served as a Guardian ad Litem from 2008 – 2009.
With more than 35 years of experience in the Closing Industry, Clarita Rosa strive in the utmost practice of Customer Service combined with the highest work Ethics,Trustworthiness, Longevity in Business Relations, Innovation, Dedication and Community Involvement.
